Smarthub Online Customer Portal and Payment System
The smarthub customer portal is available on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. It saves you time and effort, and gives you a convenient way to securely pay your bill online.
If you wish to sign up for online bill pay, you will need to create your profile using your account number. Once your profile is set up, you will be able to manage your account online. There is no extra fee to pay your bill online and the payment will be posted to your account within one business day.
To Sign Up...
- Click the link at the top of the page titled "Log in to Smarthub"
- Once the page loads click the link " New User? Sign up to access our Self Service site."
- You will then need to enter your Utility Account #, Last Name or Business Name, Last four digits of Social Security #, and an email address.
- A temporary password will be emailed to the email you provide. You will be required to change the password on your first login.

Whether you have a single account or multiple accounts, SmartHub lets you see account details on all your accounts. Every month you will receive a notice when your bill is available or if your bill becomes late. You can also sign up for recurring payments from your checking account or with your credit card.
